The OPMA’s Women in Produce Network (WPN) award is given to a woman who has contributed to the produce industry’s growth and development. This award is open to women in all departments/positions within a produce organization that is a member of the OPMA. This award is sponsored by the OPMA’s Women’s Produce Network Committee.  Examples of contributions but not limited to:

  • Innovation (product or process)
  • Mentorship
  • Individual or organizational growth and development
  • Quality or food safety initiatives
  • Integral to organizational operations

Nominations should include:

  • A description of how this person had shown initiative and commitment to the industry or organization.
  • A description of the impact the nominee has had on the industry or organization.
