Panel Discussion: Produce Traceability
Traceability in fresh produce is a complex and evolving topic, involving all parts of the supply chain. Join us to hear from retail and grower panelists as they discuss the challenges, issues and successes of implementing traceability measures in the fresh produce industry.
Jane Proctor, CPMA Vice President Policy and Issue Management, will outline the status of the Safe Food for Canadians Act (SFCA), the Produce Traceability Initiative and the latest on lot codes. This will be followed by a 30-minute panel discussion.
