The OPMA Women’s Produce Network (WPN) Summit returns on Tuesday, March 31 with a powerful and timely theme: Level Up – Influence and Impact.

This year’s Summit is designed for women in the produce industry who want to grow their careers without buying into burnout or hustle culture. “Leveling up” doesn’t have to mean doing more – it can mean greater clarity, confidence, influence, and alignment.

Through an inspiring keynote, a candid group of industry leaders, and meaningful networking opportunities, the WPN Summit will explore what it truly means to increase your impact while staying grounded in your values and priorities.
