- 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM – AGM (members only)
- 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM – Lunch and Networking
- 130 PM to 2:15 PM – Speaker Session Brian Ettkin from Numerator
- 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM – Retail Panel Session
- 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM – Networking and Cocktails (optional)
Location: Holiday Inn Toronto Airport, 970 Dixon Road (parking onsite, $15 special day rate)
Ticket price: $50 members (includes lunch and networking cocktail) ($70 for non-members)
