OPMA Partners with the USDA for a Culinary Event in Toronto

In recognition of National Truth and Reconciliation Day, the OPMA partnered with the USDA on a cooking class event guided by Indigenous chef and culinary teacher, David Wolfman. The recipes included local Ontario produce combined with USA products and traditional Indigenous cooking. Our attendees learned about the importance of this day and the connection between North American food and culture. Recipes, event video and educational resources can be found on the Produce Made Simple website.
